    Why is my video taking a while?
    • Your phone or computer does the work, so speed depends on it.
    • Most videos finish in under a minute. Long or 4K videos can take a few minutes.
    • Keep the tab open until it finishes.
    It says my file is too large.

    How do I turn a song into a video?
    • Choose Convert, add an audio file and pick MP4.
    • Free videos use the Black style.
    • Pro adds White, Vinyl, Neon, Sunset, Cassette and Pulse.
    When do my free compressions reset?
    • On the 1st of every month.
    • Converting and merging don’t use them.
    The download didn’t start on my iPhone.
    • Tap Download again.
    • Choose Download or Save to Files.
    • Find it in Files → Downloads.
    How do I cancel Pro?
    • If you’re signed in, open your account (top right) and tap Cancel plan.
    • If you forgot your password, use . We email you a code, then you can cancel.
    • You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and we won’t charge you again.
    Can I get a refund?
    • Yes, within 14 days of your first payment.
    • Email us from your account’s address and put “Refund” in the subject.
    How do I delete my account?
    • Open your account (top right) and tap Delete account.
    • We delete it right away, and any Pro plan stops.
